Shipping policy

Thank you so much for shopping with Tabuu, we are so excited for you to receive your case! 

You'll receive a confirmation email from us following your order and also one when it's been shipped. 

Orders placed after 12pm (GMT) are processed the next working day Monday-Friday (not including weekends). We are currently a one woman team, please do bear with us!

International & European delivery

For orders placed outside the UK, we ship via Parcel Force. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and will vary depending on which country your parcel is being shipped to.

Please note: Overseas shipments are sometimes subject to delays due to the delivery country’s customs. You are responsible for paying any customs fees, duty and tariffs.

Sometimes international packages can get stuck in customs. Unfortunately this is out of our control and so delivery times may be a little longer than stated. You will however be able to track your package and see delivery updates to keep up to date on when it will be delivered to you.

For UK customers, orders not received within 10 business days since the order was placed, and for International customers orders not received within 20 business days, please contact us.
